(Caucasus) Dark green cordate (heart-shaped) leaves form a dense clump which gives rise to numerous large violet flowers. An inhabitee of limestone crevices but seems quite robust and adaptable in cultivation.

In this case, as a contrast to the large mauve-blue flowers you have creeping mats of pale lemon-yellow foliage. Makes for an attractive combination though the yellow foliage can scorch in full sun; and similarly, too much shade and it will take on a greener hue.
