I obtained this plant originally under a different name ( G. moorcroftiana ) but have since seen it grown in several gardens under this title. Whichever is correct, it forms a strong-growing clump of deep green leaves and sturdy six-inch stems carrying heads of open, pale yellow flowers. Moist soil in sun or part-shade.
